What information do I need to provide?
You generally need to provide the names, event date, venue and the wording or other event details you want included in your invitation.
Can I order invitations for multiple wedding functions?
Yes. If you need invitations for multiple ceremonies or functions, share your requirements on WhatsApp so we can discuss the scope and suitable designs.
Can I request a design that is not in the catalogue?
Custom requirements can be discussed on WhatsApp. Tell us your preferred theme or visual direction and we can confirm what is possible.
Can I order from outside India?
The invitation itself is digital and can be shared with guests anywhere. For payment and order availability outside India, contact us on WhatsApp to confirm the available payment options.

Can I change the text after seeing the draft?
Yes. Text revisions can be requested during the review process. Changes to the layout, fonts or design elements are not included.
Can I change the colours, fonts or layout?
The standard service allows text revisions while keeping the selected design's layout, fonts and design elements unchanged. If you need a substantially different design direction, discuss it with us before ordering.
What if I make a mistake in the details I provide?
Please review the draft carefully and communicate any text corrections during the review process. Before final approval, check names, dates, venue and all other important details carefully.
Can I see the invitation before final delivery?
Yes. An initial draft is shared for review, and text corrections can be requested before final approval.
DELIVERY
When will I receive my invitation?
Your invitation is delivered digitally after the design and approval process.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is typically within 24–36 hours, depending on the design, the information provided and the revision process. The expected timeline can be confirmed when the order is placed.
How will I receive my invitation?
The completed digital invitation files are delivered digitally, primarily through WhatsApp.
Can I share the invitation on WhatsApp?
Yes. Digital invitations are designed to be easy to share with family and friends through WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.

Can I get a refund after the design work has started?

What happens if I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before the design process begins. Once work has started, cancellation requests are not accepted under the current policy.
